Swansea Council is seeking a qualified agency to develop a consultation and policy framework with the Council’s Cultural Services – determining a strategy development plan for the City and County’s cultural offer. The strategy should reflect the cultural identity of the region, and draw on its ability to sustain and generate opportunities for the growth of arts culture and the creative economy, special events, destination tourism and marketing, sports well-being and leisure, along with community learning and cohesion accessed e.g. through our libraries and associated community hubs, museums, archives and heritage plans.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
