CCBC’s Business, Enterprise and Renewal Team (BERT) (The Client) are seeking an external organisation to provide extensive expertise to identify and monitor the works programme as outlined in the below brief and as per the Monitoring Framework and Scope of works guidance document supplied by Cardiff Capital Region (CCR).Funding has been secured by Cardiff Capital Regions Housing Investment Fund. The money is through the CCR Housing Viability Gap Funding (HVGF or the Fund).
