Building development and associated works

Coastal Developments Tenby Ltd sought to appoint suitably qualified and experienced building, plumbing and electrical contractors, along with window suppliers to provide detailed quotes for a listed building development / refurbishment. We are looking for a contractor(s) who show ability to manage the project within a very tight budget and the ability / availability to produce a quick turnaround.Support and funding is in line with the Placemaking Grant (PMG). The successful contractor(s) will need to detail and present reports on carbon footprint and sustainability credentials.
