Refurbishment and alterations to Holyhead Enterprise Centre into the new Lighthouse Homeless Hub, along with the upgrading of the building fabric and mechanical and electrical installations to provide significant improvements in energy efficiency and maximising the EPC Rating. As well as a general internal refurbishment, alterations are needed to provide spaces suitable for purpose.
