The Replacement of Heating System at Tyn-Y-Wern Primary School, Trethomas

This notice is to inform the market of a successful tender following the evaluation after the initial notice was posted for the replacement of the heating system in Tyn-Y-Wern Primary School, Trethomas.The scope of the project is fully described in the ITT and supporting documentation but in summary the scope is:Remove all existing heating system including pipework, equipment and all associated brackets etc. Make good to building structure and decorate to match existing décor.Remove any loose or fixed furniture to allow the installation of the new heating system generally as shown on the drawings. Take down and reinstate false ceilings in order to complete the installation of the new heating system.Install new heat emitters and all pipework generally as shown on the design drawings. Hydraulically balance the new heating system to leave a fully operational heating system.Make good false ceilings within the area of works and renew any broken or damaged tiles to match existing. Insulate and box in all new heating pipework below 2m from finished floor level and decorate to match existing décor. Reinstate all loose and fixed furniture.
