Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) would like to award the Contract for the Application of Pesticides on Highway Grounds 2024 - 2025.This competition is in accordance with the Authority's Contract Procedure Rules (CPR's).A Price Cap of £40,000 PA is applied to this Tender and Contract. Any submitted costs when added together that exceed the Price Cap when the Schedule of Rates is applied to determine the annual contract value will be immediately disqualified.The following is an overview of the requirements:Weed control for 2024/2025 throughout Bridgend County Borough by application of pesticides on footways, kerbs and carriageway channels; in hard areas, verges and embankments; and in areas of Japanese Knotweed, with a potential 12-month extension until 31st March 2026.Contract Terms: NEC3 Term Services Contract (April 2013).See Tender Documents.
