Why an Independent Chair? Historically, the Local Authority has externally commissioned this service to maintain the independent status of the Reviews. This approach ensures quality reviewing which, due to its independence from the Local Authority, better serves children and families and introduces more challenge.Interested providers are invited to submit their expression of interest, outlining relevant experience and suitability for the role.
