Transport for Wales (TfW) (the Contracting Authority) is carrying out a procurement exercise via Sell2 Wales to procure a bus operator to provide services on the ‘Cardi Bach’ bus route on behalf of Welsh Ministers under a bespoke form of contract.The Cardi Bach is a bus service linking coastal communities along the Ceredigion Coast.
