Supply and Install of Flooring and Window Coverings

Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) is looking to engage with the market to better understand the existing marketplace for the supply and install of carpets/flooring and window coverings (curtains and blinds). This information will be used to inform procurement decisions going forward with the possibility of a full tender exercise in the future.The carpet/floor coverings will primarily be installed at domestic properties, with roughly 250 voids a year requiring carpet renewal/replacement.
