Description

Powys County Council sought to appoint a contractor to undertake refurbishment of the Y Llanfa building and associated listed Canal side cottages at Y Lanfa, The Wharf, The Canal Road, Welshpool, SY21 7AQ.Works to include creating additional floor space under the canopy area of Y Lanfa, museum remodelling, upgrade of heating systems, refurbishment and repair of canal side cottages, resurfacing of the wharf area.This project is funded by Levelling Up Funding and works must be completed by 31st March 2025.
