Loft Insulation Works Framework Agreement

Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint a single Contractor (Service Provider) as Primary Service Provider and a reserve Contractor (Service Provider) as Reserve Service Provider to a Framework Agreement for Loft Insulation Works to support Tai Tarian in the delivery of its capital investment programme.The scope of this Framework Agreement comprises of installation of loft insulation to Tai Tarian’s domestic properties through Neath Port Talbot County Borough.All pre-inspection surveys and installation works are to be carried out in accordance with the Specification (Appendix 1) and Preliminaries (Appendix 4), for the Service Provider’s submitted rates set out in the NHF Schedule of Rates for Planned Maintenance and Property Reinvestment Works Version 7.2 (Appendix 2).In addition to this, the Service Provider may be required to carry out works that are within the scope of the Framework Agreement but are not specifically provided for within the relevant Schedule of Rates.
