Design and Installation of Creative Way-markers and Artworks for New Trails for the Twin Towns of Fi

Pembrokeshire County Council (PCC) seeks to commission the design and implementation of creative interventions in the form of creative way-markers and/or artworks in the public realm for new trails to be created for the twin towns of Fishguard and Goodwick in Pembrokeshire.The project aims to:• Increase pride in place and encourage community cohesion in Fishguard and Goodwick• Celebrate local history, culture and stories through a trail or series of trails in Fishguard and Goodwick• Create an appealing and accessible tourist attraction for all age groups• Encourage active travel among tourists and local people• Create an interactive experience for audiences and users.• Enhance the towns’ aesthetic appeal.The supplier is required to work closely with local stakeholders and community members, alongside the Regeneration Arts Development Officer at PCC to design the trails and their content.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
