Construction of Bontnewydd Community Campus with ECI

Cyngor Gwynedd is designing a high-quality primary school and integrated community centre which will be designed and built to create an ideal learning environment for delivering the curriculum in the 21st Century. The project will be an exemplar and act as a showcase for other projects in Wales and beyond.The facilities will replace the existing school buildings on the site in the centre of Bontnewydd. The works include forming a temporary school and community centre whilst the construction works take place.The Design Team is currently undertaking RIBA Stage 2. This tender is for a construction contractor to join the Design Team on an Early Contractor Involvement basis and, subject to agreement, to proceed to construct the facility.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
