Wrexham County Borough Council wishes to appoint a childcare provider who will undertake the lease of a new build at Garth School, Wrexham. The provider will deliver a provision of wrap around childcare for Dee Valley Federation schools to include collection of children from the school cluster to enable them to attend wrap around provision.
