This procurement exercise is for the appointment of a main contractor and sub-contractors to deliver the Refurbishment of nos. 53 and 55/56 Park Place in November/December 2023.The proposed works on the ground and second floors of 53 Park Place include: damp works, the addition of a ground floor accessible WC, lighting upgrade, decorations and new floor coverings.The proposed works on all floors of 55 and 56 Park Place include: installation of a new access ramp and accessible tea point on the ground floor, the formation of a new opening between the two properties, making good following dry rot treatment, lighting upgrade, decorations and new floor coverings.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=133724.
