Construction of 5 distinct buildings comprising a wet sports facility, dry sports facility and health building – all fully constructed with a level of fixed FF&E. Fit out of the educational facilities within Building BB ground floor are outlined within the Works Information. The remaining education facilities and business incubation blocks will be constructed to shell & core without any form of fixtures, fittings or equipment other than minimal allowances and requirements to permit occupancy. BYUK have secured the contract for these works and have commenced works on site. If you are interesting in submitting a tender for this works package, please make contact.
