Consultancy Services to support Placemaking Delivery Next Steps (Meeting Lead Member SLT and Tasks 1-3). The next steps are:• Establishing the type of vehicle and projects/activities by March 2024• Creating a legal delivery entity including operational business plan and business cases for initial projects, funding (operational and project specific), dedicated resources, operational facilities, branding, and communications by late 2024• Identifying and implementing early wins and meanwhile projects through 2023 and 2024• Holding a launch event towards the end of 2024.The Placemaking Plan is about improving the centre of Wrexham and encouraging people to re-imagine and influence how it should look, feel, and function. Specifically, we want placemaking to promote better design and development, and help establish more appealing social, cultural, economic uses and activities.
