Welfare Adaptation Works to Private and Public Sector Housing

Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking to establish a Framework for Welfare Adaptions to both Public & Private Dwellings. There will be two lots available on this framework:- Lot 1 – Plumbing Works for Welfare Adaptations- Lot 2 - Concrete and Joinery Works for Welfare AdaptationsThe contracted work will support a residents ability to live independently in their homes following assessment by Social Services, Occupational Therapy etc. This will help ensure residents have a suitable and safe environment to live in while reducing pressures on local health services.For further details please refer to the tender documentation.
