The Ucheldre Centre in Holyhead is looking for Expressions of Interest for tendering for the construction of an extension to create additional gallery and participatory workshop spaces, and refurbishment of the existing Grade 2 Listed building.Following completion of RIBA Stage 3 design and achievement of planning and listed building consents, the total project cost for creating the new facility is projected to be approximately £4.1M. The proposed works include an extension to the existing facility to provide a dance studio, art studio, dressing rooms and including refurbishment, repair and remodelling of the existing building. Drawing 629A10010 Rev.
