Miskin & Cogan Student Houses Refurb & Fire Strategy Works

This procurement exercise is for the appointment of main contractor and sub-contractors to deliver the Residences FS PMP for summer 2023.The works will involve fire strategy works to provide a fire alarm upgrade. The project also includes damp works mainly to the ground floor areas to provide a damp proof course injection to the walls. A replacement kitchen is also included in the works to the ground floor and new floor coverings and decorations. Access to the Procurement documents will close at 12 Noon on the 5th May 2023 in order for Site Visits to take place on 8th May 2023.
