Support for children of offenders research

The Welsh Government are looking to commission a piece of research to inform the development of potential support to improve outcomes for children affected by parental imprisonment, principally outcomes relating to their wellbeing and education progress and engagement. To inform this, the research is expected to involve a synthesis of existing literature and evidence to identify examples of good practice and a review of how and to what extent the approach adopted in HMP Parc in South Wales promotes the wellbeing and education of those children involved.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
