Leadership Development Programmes

South Wales Fire & Rescue Service are seeking to launch a new approach to leadership development and progression towards the end of 2023. These new ‘Leadership Pathways; will be launched at every leadership level within the Service and are expected to align leadership competencies and skill with organisational aims and leadership behaviours outlined by the National Fire Chief Council (NFCC).the Service is interested in hearing from potential bidders who are interested in tendering for an additional 2 levels which are:1. Middle Leader2.
