Pembrokeshire College is a Further Education College located in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, West Wales.Pembrokeshire College is seeking fee proposals from consultants to deliver phase 2 of their low carbon heat programme on its estate. Phase 1 was associated with building fabric upgrade works. The scope of the projects that form phase 2 are set out below. The College as a first stage of the appointment requires detailed feasibility studies of the projects highlighted to ascertain if they are feasible to take forward to detail design and then onto site (subject to funding). The feasibility studies will look at cost benefit analysis of installing the technology, payback periods (which would include grant intervention funding scenarios), CO2 emission savings together with the other key headings that are set out in the scope of works.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
