The Estates and Facilities Division of ABUHB is responsible for the physical condition, functional suitability, and the compliance of the estate with statutory legislation and relevant healthcare standards. The division delivers a range of services in-house, but requires the expertise of external contractors to assist in delivering a high-quality estate and facility service for the health board.
