Supporting People wish to commissions a generic housing related floating support services for people 18 and over within the Borough. This contract will also include provision for referrals to be taken for people needing urgent support, or those in crisis situations. This prior information notice (PIN) relates to this project and to advise the market of the councils intensions to commission and procure a Vulnerable Families Service to deliver housing related support to families within the Caerphilly Borough.
