Supporting People wish to commissions a mixture of floating support and accommodation services for people with substance use issues. Accommodation services will include separate high, medium and low level provisions, as well as a longer term wet house type provision. This prior information notice (PIN) relates to this project and to advise the market of the Councils intensions to commission and procure a Vulnerable Families Service to deliver housing related support to families within the Caerphilly Borough.
