The asbestos removal contract will be to do the below:-liaising with the planned team to carry out Asbestos Removal prior to upgrade works, e.g. Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishments; removal will occur to remove all asbestos elements and the planned team will go in after to upgrade-adhoc support to the trade teams, shadow vacuuming / removal of patch of ceiling during maintenance and repair works.
