Renewable Energy Installations for HFactor Developments

HFactor Developments Cyf wishes to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement to supply, install, support and maintain renewable energy equipment . The framework agreement will be for the supply and support of a broad range of Renewable energy technologies with the initial focus on Solar PV with Battery Charging including EV Charger systemThe framework will run for an initial term of two years . HFactor will then have the option to extend the framework for two further years (1 + 1) up to 31 March 2027. This will mean a maximum possible lifetime of 4 years for the framework.HFactor have an immediate requirement for a large number of Solar PV with battery storage installations on leased roof spaces throughout south Wales but centred in the Merthyr Vale region.A minimum of 2 suppliers will be selected for this contract in accordance with the criteria set out in the tender documents.
