Current legislation means that any staff who acquired their licence post January 1, 1997, will if successful have driver licence entitlement to drive category B vehicles only. In order to drive vehicles that fall within the C1 and D1 licence category entitlements additional training and driving tests will need to be undertaken by these staff.The WBS do not currently have any in house staff trained to deliver the necessary training, therefore this training will need to be sourced externally.
