Reactive Damp Works

Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor, who has specific experience in dealing with Damp proofing services.The project is a reactive programme for the treatment of damp at various properties throughout Trivallis stock, primarily in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area.This is a reactive programme for the provision of the following:I. Chemical DPC Wall injection and associated worksII. Floor Renewals due to Fungus/beetle eradication and associated worksIII. Irrigation of walls and associated worksIV. Wall/partition renewals due to fungus/beetle eradication or DPC worksV. Kitchen units/cupboards works due to fungus/beetle eradication or DPC worksVI. Damp proof treatment to plasterworkVII. Plumbing works due to fungus/beetle eradication or DPC worksVIII. Mould Treatment and associated worksIX. Tanking and associated worksThe works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff.This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.
