Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council (BGCBC), hereinafter referred to as the Authority, invites Tenders, in accordance with the Authority’s Requirements and subject to the attached terms and conditions to set up a contractual agreement for Green Waste treatment and associated transportation costs. The main aim of the contract is to manage green wastes in line with the waste hierarchy.
At the conclusion of the procurement exercise, it is the Council’s intention to award a contract for an initial period of three (3) years with an option to extend for a further period of two (2) years, reviewable on an annual basis subject to performance and funding.
