We are seeking to issue a Contract for a Whole Board Appraisal (WBA) of our Board.The WBA will consider the following:- The proficiency level and effectiveness of the Board, including leadership and strategy, training and skills.- Demonstration that we are compliant with the revised CHC, Code of Governance for RSLs in Wales, which was published in June 2021.- Consider whether we are adhering to the principles of the RBW, Governance Progress Review, “The Right Stuff”, which was published in March 2018.- Consider the diversity of the Board and if it reflects the communities Tai Tarian works in and with.
