The primary purpose of the Service is to deliver targeted, appropriate evidence-based interventions for families, who need support in relation to family functioning, as part of the Families First programme in Cardiff.
Ultimately, the aim of the service is to deliver a single Service providing appropriate levels of early intervention, home-based support for families with children aged 0-11 which will enable them to;
