Flintshire County Council and Denbighshire County Council are neighbouring Local Authorities based in North East Wales. The Children’s Services of both Councils, alongside Education and Youth Justice, wish to jointly procure an app-led suite of products and services that modernises the processes and systems used to gather the views of children and young people using social care services (aged 0 to 25).The App will promote and improve communication and understanding, will complement the more traditional methods of engagement with young people through group activities, forums and face to face meetings. Importantly, it will also provide an additional means of communication for children who are living in placements outside of Flintshire and Denbighshire.Please see Specification for full details.
