All suppliers on Lot 1 of the SSSNA framework will be invited to participate in the procurement process. Suppliers will be expected to submit their bid by the given deadline (see Timeline section below). Staff in AU will then evaluate each bid to ensure that it meets with our technical requirements. Should a bid fail to meet one or more of the technical requirements then the supplier will be notified and the appropriate provisions in the qualification envelope will be followed (see tender document). The winning supplier will be the one who provides the most economically advantageous offer consistent with the etender process. Suppliers are reminded that AU is not obliged to accept all or any offers.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
