To provide Wrexham County Borough Council (as lead body for the Levelling Up Fund Project) with support of a Programme Manager for the delivery of the Clwyd South Levelling Up Fund Project at the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct & Canal World Heritage Site. The delivery of the programme will include working with the in-house project management group drawn from WCBC, Denbighshire County Council and the Canal & River Trust, which are the strategic / lead partners as well as overseeing sub-contracted arrangements to other suitably appointed delivery partners.
