The Childcare Offer for Wales is a digital service developed by the Welsh Government to provide childcare funding. Welsh Local Authorities (WLA) will be providing first line support to the service.A telephony solution is required to channel calls from a single contact number to the relevant WLA. Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is required to navigate the call menu, due to the number of options available (44 options, 22 LA’s in both English and Welsh).The contract will be for a support partner to implement and provide support for IVR enabled call management software, delivered on a SaaS basis.
