Bangor University has received funding to develop the DSP Centre of Excellence project through Specific Objective 1.1 of the West Wales and the Valleys ERDF Operational Programme. This operation is subject to three evaluative phases: the inception, mid-term and final stage - this contract notice is for the final, impact stage, evaluation. The initial baseline and mid-term evaluation reports are available on request. Consultants who are bidding for this final evaluation contract should consider reviewing the baseline and mid-term evaluation reports in order to gather comprehensive understanding of the elements that are being monitored.
