Grŵp Cynefin are administrating a tender opportunity for refurbishment works.Siop Griffiths Cyf is currently inviting tenders for the refurbishment and adaptation of ‘Y Stablau’, a Grade II structure to the rear of the Siop Griffiths’ café, office and residential block (the “property”).Siop Griffiths Cyf have purchased the property as a freehold and are desirous to adapt the property to provide visitors accommodation for all age groups with physical and/or learning difficulty needs.Siop Griffiths Cyf does not intend to utilize any other contracts for the adaptation of Y Stablau and seek a complete ‘turn-key’ relationship with a single construction company.Siop Griffiths Cyf envisage a compressed on-site schedule of twelve (12) weeks.
