Consultant for the review of Food and Drink services at the Councils Visitor Destination Sites

The Council are seeking a consultant to review its visitor destination sites at the following:- Cwmcarn – adventure seekers, mountain bikers, walkers, local residents- Llancaiach Fawr – weddings, historical/cultural interest, conferences, restaurant/café customers (including Sunday lunch)- Blackwood Miners Institute – music, comedy, theatre interests, arts development and dance groups- New Tredegar Winding House – light refreshments, historical cultural interest, art gallery users and visitors- Caerphilly Visitor Centre – tourists and local people seeking refreshments and information.The management team in the Visitor Economy and Destinations service areas is continuously exploring opportunities to become more commercial under the Transformation agenda.Visitors to the destinations expect a modern, efficient and fulfilling experience. To this end, there is ongoing investment in the food and drink offering.
