Launch of Services and Early Years & Play Awards Event - SPOC, Chat Bot, Awards Event

Swansea Council is looking to appoint a maximum of 3 suppliers to undertake a review of the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) service and plan to deliver a relaunch of the service, integrate a Chat Bot and help to organise and manage an Early Years and Plan a Workforce awards event.Suppliers delivering on the Single Point of Contact launch and Chat Bot will be required to liaise with each other to develop a Chat Bot that is relevant to SPOC service users, agree ‘go live’ that is timed with the SPOC launch.Suppliers will be required to maintain communication with both SPOC teams and the Family Information Service (FIS). This could be via meetings, email exchange etc. We would also anticipate that the supplier for all 3 lots would manage communications between themselves and others who they in list to deliver.Suppliers may submit a bid for each individual lot or for multiple lots.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
