You are invited to submit a tender for the refurbishment of the pupil WC’s at Bedwas High School, Newport Road, Bedwas, Caerphilly. CF83 8BJ. The scope of the project is fully described in this ITT but is summarised below:The refurbishment of the boys WCs to create new WC arrangement.Removal of existing blockwork internal partitions, suspended ceilings floor coverings and Removal of existing WC pans, urinal and WHBs.Construction of new WC arrangement. Supply and fit new cubicles (SGL, full height), IPS, Vanity units with in set WHBs, New suspended ceiling and vinyl sheet floor covering. Wall to floor tiling and privacy film to the internal face of the existing high level windows.Associated M&E works.Temporary trailer hire WC facilities, all costs, connections and disconnections to be carried out by the contractor.All asbestos works are to be arranged by the contractor with approval from the CCBC asbestos officer and must be carried out by one of the companies listed in section B4.
