TfW require annual food safety validations of its four Catering Service Centres and Onboard food service operations, based on TfW’s Food Safety Management System, HACCP, and food safety legislation.- Annual food safety compliance audits to be carried out on nominated suppliers.- To carry out 6 monthly reviews of TfW’s Food Safety Management system.- Offer reactive support for any failures / recommendations from EHO visits/Audits with one follow up inspection per site which requires improvement.- Offer reactive support for any potential rescore request as a result of EHO visit determining a score under the expected 5.
