NRW have deemed a waterbodyas, ‘any feature which holds water either permanently, seasonally orfollowing periods of heavy rainfall’. If GCN are found at a work site, an assessment should be made to whether the work we propose to undertake will require a licence. Due to time and financial constraints, we would explore alternative works to avoid the need for a licence.
