Description

The purpose of the alarm service managed by the Neighbourhood Support Unit (NSU), for the Housing Service, is to provide protection for empty council properties in order to prevent unauthorised access by third parties and respond to any activation caused by such action. As the properties would have no power source, the alarms would need to operate off its own power source, (e.g. battery), that could be replaced and would be rechargeable and/or would have minimum of 2 years lifespan before replacement
