Flintshire County Council has 5 Household Recycling Centres (HRCs) located throughout Flintshire. This tender is for the acceptance, processing and recycling of soil and rubble arising from domestic properties, which is disposed at all 5 HRC sites.A lot option is included for the disposal of soil and rubble arising from the Highways Maintenance teams within Streetscene and Transportation.The objective of the tender is to select the most economical option for the recovery of the Council’s mixed soil and rubble waste, whilst maximising recycling/reuse opportunities.The key elements of the contract for the tenderer to consider include:Disposal route/s – with a view to maximising recovery opportunities (through reuse)Haulage options – maintaining optimum efficiency for the Council by providing flexible and cost effective haulage options.
