The Customer requires Subscription Agent Services to provide:

a centralised and fully managed service, dealing with all day-to-day administration of managing Publications & Subscriptions;
visibility and control in these Publications & Subscriptions;
control of costs and maximise savings and efficiencies;
consolidation and reduction of Supplier invoices and payments;
access to meaningful MI Reporting for the spend, usage and resources;
24hr response to queries with updates on progress;
A dedicated account manager;
A System to manage subscriptions, retrieve MI, monitor claims 24/7 access;
ability to invoice different business areas separately; and
all current print and electronic subscriptions.
