The Vale of Rheidol Railway is nearing the final stages of the Station Development Project which involves construction of a new Booking Office Building in the same style as its Workshop.The contract will be offered as a Design and Build but a majority of the design has already been completed, the structural design element has been started and details will be made available to potential bidders as soon as possible. The main elements left to design is the electrical & mechanical systems.This part of the project is a conventional construction building with detailed brickwork and internal fitout design to stay in keeping with the railways 1920s Heritage.Building will be aiming to commence January 2022 and completion in October 2022.
