PQQ Principal Contractor Land Remediation and Site Improvement Works Pembroke Dock Marine

The Land Remediation project is a key facilitating contract for the Pembroke Dock Marine Development and will specifically include the construction of the following:

• Land Remediation including contaminated soil (asbestos and other contaminants) and Vegetation Clearance.
• Creation of large reinforced concrete Lay-down area.
• Creation of Stone Lay-down area.
• Provision of Utility Services.
• Formation of Employee Car Park.
• Drainage design and Alterations of Existing system.
• Boundary Fencing and Alterations to Security Gate.
• Creation of an Ecology Corridor to the South Boundary of the site.
• Demolition and Removal of selective Buildings (including asbestos removal).

The Port is in the process of appointing a Lead Consultant for the Detail Design for these elements and will subsequently issue an ITT for the Construction Works. Interested parties will be expected to have substantial experienced in the successful delivery of large Civil Engineering Marine related projects.
