Herefordshire Council is undertaking a preliminary market engagement exercise in accordance with the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) and is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify organisations with the capability and interest to provide Drug and Alcohol Recovery Services across Herefordshire.
The purpose of this RFI is to help the Council better understand the current market, including available service delivery models, innovative approaches to provision, market capacity, and supplier interest in a potential future procurement opportunity.
